Outside Area

Decking

Recently restored, the spacious decking area, on 3 levels with lovely views across scenic countryside, is a practical meeting space for summer events. It forms a useful breakout space and is ideal for summer parties and gatherings and overflow area for exhibitions and other events.

The Grounds

The gently sloping site is maintained for wildlife interest and includes a length of the original Oxford canal. With seasonal interest throughout the year you will enjoy the grassy walks and carpets of daffodils in the spring, dappled glades in summer, the brilliant colours of autumn and majestic beauty of winter. Pause awhile in the secluded heather clad summer house, a great place to reflect and enjoy the birdsong.
