Flavour
Catering are a small catering business located in the Midlands but cover the UK.
Flavour’s
Head Chef and Proprietor is Kieron, who has 20 years of providing a catering
service tailored to peoples needs.

Here
at Flavour I, Kieron, aim to produce theatre food in your arena; this could be at
your wedding venue, a family party or a dinner party in your dining room. At
Flavour we work closely with local producers to source and capture the true
flavours and textures of the food to ensure your catering experience is a
timeless one, after your event comes to a close.
I
started cooking at an early age of 15 in my parents' family run pub where the love
of producing fresh local food to make true classics got me started on the
cooking road.
I later moved into 5 star hotels and restaurants in
the Midlands, London
area, and also Aston University, but the desire to work with local products and the chance to fulfill my
dreams of running my own catering business was just too great to pass up.
